Qualifications for a Rater or Auditor are required:
- RESNET Certified or BPI Certified
- Energy Rating and/or other building science related skills.
- Residential construction experience or relative trade is a plus.
- Project management skills are a plus.
- Alternative building systems knowledge.
- Motivated with excellent communication skills.
- Strong computer skills.
- Positive outlook.
- Valid NM Driver's License
